Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 demo

HDR setup Call of Duty; Modern Warfare 4 demo PC:

It's impactful HDR, but the peak brightness screen is broken (the screen in picture 4)

Why does it not just show the peak brightness in nits on the slider ??? Secondly, the setup screen does not output the same brightness as in-game so it's useless.

Here are the approximate peak brightness output:

0.82 = 2500 nits
0.80 = 2000 nits
0.77 = 1500 nits
0.75 = 1300 nits
0.73 = 1000 nits
0.70 = 800 nits
0.65 = 500 nits
