Mafia: The Old Country – RenoDX

These are my personal HDR settings for Mafia on PC for my 2000 nits TV.

I use:

• In-game settings SDR
• RenoDX HDR mod (native HDR)
• Lilliums Black Floor Fix
• HDR Fix Adapt
• AMD's CAS sharpening

The RenoDX mod’s sliders for paper white (game brightness) and Shadows, do not work.

So I use Lilliums Black Floor Fix to fix the last black floor raise (0.02-0.03 nits).

I set RenoDX to output 1000 nits peak and 203 nits paper white. I then use HDR Fix Adapt to increase peak brightness to around 2000 nits.

HDR Fix Adapt also proportionally increases upper shadows and midtones, so paper white effectively increases to around 343 nits from 203 nits. That's the paper white I want for 2000 nits peak.

I also use AMD's CAS sharpening filter instead of in-game sharpness. It has nothing to do with HDR. I just like how it only sharpens what needs it.
